Conduct and synthesize user and competitive research as part of the project team. Lead the analysis of data and creation of site taxonomies.
Translate user needs, business requirements and brand goals into innovative human-centered content strategies.
Concept, develop, and build presentations (and other project deliverables) to clearly and persuasively communicate the strategy to all stakeholders.

As well as

Building a team of specialists, providing oversight and development of Fantasy’s approach to research, analytics and digital strategy
Informing and managing post-launch product optimization approaches
Streamlining a unified global approach for insight-driven decision making


7+ years’ experience creating digital content (written, visual, other)
5+ years in content strategy roles (either in an agency setting or a variety of in-house roles that cover multiple industries and experiences)
2+ years experience in a client-facing, leadership position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative teammate who is also comfortable working independently,
Proficiency in Keynote, Sketch and Google Docs a necessity. Familiarity with all the current office collaboration tools (Basecamp, InVision, Slack, etc.) would be nice.
