Office Assistant

The Office Assistant is a critical role at Fantasy and helps support the operational and administrative needs in our San Francisco office. This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Director of Operations in NY and partnering with the Director of Production in SF.

Manage office needs and day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office, ensuring that it is maintained with the highest level of care and quality and fully stocked with supplies.
Maintain the appearance of common areas, conference rooms, kitchen, and storage area. Serve as company contact for building cleaning company and ensure the office is clean and presentable at all times.
Greet and accommodate clients/visitors, receive incoming deliveries - make every guest feel welcome.
Assist with onsite client meetings, ensuring food and beverages are supplied and maintained while onsite.

Responsibilities Continued

Provide administrative and schedule management support to a Managing Partner and Director of Production.
Support office expense reporting and filing.
Manage relationships with contractors, vendors and service providers.
Liaise with building management and maintenance to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly with little disruption to employees.


2+ years of office experience; administrative experience is helpful
Experience working in a small office (50-100 employees); familiarity with digital and experiential client services office environments is a huge plus
Tech-savvy with experience with Mac OS, Google Drive Suite, MS Office and other web-based applications
