We are looking for an enthusiastic Producer Intern to join our passionate team in San Francisco. Someone who brings their own level of charisma to the office environment, while engaging to learn the trades of product design. Our projects span from applications, vehicle interfaces, operating systems and much more. During the internship, you will not only learn the tricks to manage and operate a studio, but also the inner workings of product design.

Production Internship

Requirement gathering to structure project plans and scopes
Initial development of project budgets and maintaining project financial health
How to manage and lead a team of designers
Best practices of a digital producer: problem-solving, leadership and delivery

We aim to help you gather a better understanding of

How to approach ambitious brands in redesigning their digital presence
Digital design production: mobile apps, operations systems, vehicle interfaces, design systems, branded experiences
How to conduct work sessions to ideate on product principles
User testing ideas and concepts to build the right product

Daily Duties

Being a friendly face to our partners and visitors
Supporting the studio on weekly talent and culture activities
Maintaining a well organized back office, maintained kitchen and other studio ops needs
Work alongside one of our producers to help with a timeline and financial reporting

Requirements

Strong desire to learn
Strong charisma and very energetic personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, take initiative and work in a team setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills

You’ll be a great fit if you

Are proficient in Keynote, Adobe and Google product lines are a plus
Have availability to work full-time Monday through Friday for at least 12 weeks between August and November 2019
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and iterative product development environment
